The customer makes the purchase on the website www.lempongraph.es and, therefore, You have the right to return said purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order. without the need for justification.

No refund will be made if the product has been used after opening or products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered. or that have suffered any damage after delivery.

Returns will not be accepted on personalized products or products that for reasons of hygiene or health are sealed, or personalized products and/or with flowers or dry vegetation such as hats, earrings, garlands, palm leaves or clothing.

The Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return their item. (transport, delivery) and will be responsible if the transport company damages the product in that transit.


Likewise, The products must be returned adequately protected and using or including all their original packaging., labels and other documents that accompany the product; inserting a copy of the ticket or invoice into the package.


HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE?

To exercise this right to return the products, the customer must notify Lemongraphshop SL of their decision. You may do so, where appropriate, through the contact spaces enabled on www.lemongraph.es or via email: lemongraphshop@gmail.com

The customer must clearly express that his intention is to return the purchased product. To comply with the return period, it is enough that the return of the products is communicated before the corresponding term expires.

In the event that the return is accepted, the customer will send the product to the address indicated by Lemongraph SL and must send the products within a maximum period of 14 working days.

Once the product is received, its condition will be inspected and the purchase price of the product will be refunded, including transport costs, except if the consumer has opted for a special type of delivery, for example, urgent in 24 hours, in which case the consumer must pay the difference in costs between the two types of delivery. The refund will be made no later than 7 working days from the date that Lemongraphshop SL receives and inspects the PERFECT STATE of the product received.
