Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our European warehouse.
During holidays and sales seasons, the delivery time of the product may be longer, so you may have to wait a few extra days to receive it.
Once the order is placed, it will take 3 to 5 working days to be processed and delivered to the transport company.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order passes into the hands of the carrier, it may take time to receive:
Spain: Between 5 and 7 working days.
Europe: Between 7 and 15 working days.
International: Between 15 and 20 business days (although it may vary depending on the location).
We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Taxes and customs.
For customers in spain: The prices shown on our website include taxes (VAT) that companies/self-employed may deduct.
For customers in Europe: The prices shown on our website do not include taxes (VAT) that may be deducted as companies/self-employed.
for customers international: The prices shown on our website are tax free, which means that you may need to pay your country duties and taxes once you receive your order. This is determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility.. We are not responsible for such charges and taxes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
What if I don't pay customs? What if I have filled in the wrong address or other information? If they have not managed to deliver the package?:
If the client does not incur their reception duties (the company must make two delivery attempts) or if the client decides not to take care of their payment obligations to the customs of their country and/or the product is returned to our warehouses by :
1. Absence of the recipient at your address, 2. Wrong or insufficient data at the time of purchase (address, telephone… etc.) the 3. Any other reason unrelated to Lemongraph SL. We will act as follows:
⁃If the customer requests a refund of the purchase amount: Shipping costs incurred when sending the product will be deducted from the amount.
⁃If the customer wants us to resend the product, heShipping costs must be paid again by the customer.
What if the product arrives damaged?
The customer must inspect the outside of the package upon arrival, if the packaging is damaged you must NOT accept the delivery and you must notify the delivery person, as well as take photos of the box as proof of the damage.
If you accept delivery, please notify the delivery person, and iimmediately take photos from the outside of the package still closed.
If finally the content of the package is damaged You must send us photos of both the product and the box to lemongraphshop@gmail.com indicating the order number, these graphic tests will be the only way in which we can initiate a dispute with the courier company.
